Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops (1 1/4-inch thick)
  • ¼ cup flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 ½ cups MUSSELMAN’S® Cinnamon Applesauce

Directions

  1. Step 1
Lightly flour, salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops. In a sauce pan, over medium-high heat, add the oil and brown chops on both sides. Remove chops to a plate leaving any remaining oil in the skillet.

  2. Step 2
Add onion, Worchestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper to the skillet to quickly brown for 1 minute. Remove from the heat and stir in the apple sauce.

  3. Step 3
Add pork chops back to the pan and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the center temperature of the meat is 155°F.
