A chutney is a spicy condiment made of fruit, vinegar, and spices originating in India. Make it easy with Musselman’s Sliced Apples.
Place drained apples in a food processor. Cover and pulse a few seconds or just until coarsely chopped. (Do not over-process.)
Transfer to a medium saucepan. Add raisins, vinegar, ginger, and cloves. Heat through, stirring occasionally until thick.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Serve warm with ham or pork, or chilled on crackers as an appetizer.
