  • 2 pounds Carrots, sliced
  • 2 20-ounce cans MUSSELMAN’S® Sliced Apples
  • cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Honey
  • ½ cup Butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 cups Orange juice



  1. Step 1
    Steam carrots lightly.

  2. Step 2
    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  3. Step 3
    Put half of the apples in large baking pan and cover with half of the carrots.

  4. Step 4
    Sprinkle half of the flour over carrots and apples.

  5. Step 5
    Drizzle with half the honey and half the butter; repeat the layers.

  6. Step 6
    Pour orange juice over entire casserole and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
