Dessert bars perfect for parties or picnics. Loaded with flavor from the Musselman’s Lemon Pie Filling.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of a 9x13-inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl mix the flour and butter until crumbly. Press dough firmly into the pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden. Let crust cool at least 20 minutes.
With a mixer in a medium bowl combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon pie filling, vanilla and HALF of the whipped topping together. Spread over the cooled crust.
Spread remaining whipped topping over pie filling mixture. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
