Appled Sweet Potatoes

Eating healthier this Fall and over the holidays, here is a lighter sweet potato casserole with Musselman’s Unsweetened Apple Sauce.

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 cups MUSSELMAN’S® Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • cup brown sugar


  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Step 2
    Boil potatoes in water until tender. Remove from pan.

  3. Step 3
    Place potatoes in a buttered, shallow 2-quart baking dish.

  4. Step 4
    Combine apple sauce, mustard and brown sugar. Spread over sweet potatoes.

  5. Step 5
    Bake for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot.
