Cinnamon Apple Rice

  • ¾ cup long grain rice
  • 1 ½ cups MUSSELMAN’S® Premium Apple Juice
  • 1 cup MUSSELMAN’S® Cinnamon Apple Sauce
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped


  1. Step 1
    In a medium saucepan, combine rice, juice, apple sauce, raisins, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to a boil and stir. 

  2. Step 2
    Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook 15 minutes or until rice is tender. 

  3. Step 3
    Stir in parsley and serve.
