We try to eat lower fat but turkey can sometimes be dry. The secret to moist delicious meatballs is adding Musselman’s Unsweetened Apple Sauce. Really!
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large bowl, mix together the apple sauce, bread crumbs, eggs, onions, Worchestershire and pepper. Fold in the ground turkey and combine well.
Roll the mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or the internal temperature is 160°F
Serve with your favorite sauce or add to pasta
