Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough, prepared
  • ½ cup MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces pancetta, cubed and lightly browned
  • ½ cup blue cheese, crumbles
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a Silpat liner.

  2. Step 2
Stretch out the dough until it's almost the size of the pan. (If you let your dough rest at room temperature for a few hours it's easier to stretch.)

  3. Step 3
Top with the ingredients in this order; apple butter, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, apple slices, pancetta, 1/4 cup of the blue cheese and then the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. (Set aside the remaining blue cheese.)

  4. Step 4
Bake the pizza for about 18-20 minutes (until dough is cooked and pizza is browned on top).

  5. Step 5
While the pizza is cooking, toss the arugula with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  6. Step 6
When the pizza is fully cooked, remove it from oven and top with arugula and the remaining blue cheese. Let cool slightly, cut into slices, and serve.
