Ingredients

  • ½ cup MUSSELMAN’S® Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1 ½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon thyme

Directions

  1. Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a loaf pan. 

  2. Step 2
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients well, and place into the pan.

  3. Step 3
    Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Loosen meatloaf from sides of pan and allow to set for 10 minutes before serving
