Apple Butter Baked Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
  • cup honey
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 Tablespoons minced dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 15.5-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15.5-ounce can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 15-ounce can red or pinto beans, drained

Directions

  1. Step 1
    Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Step 2
    Mix apple butter, honey, ketchup, water, onion, cumin, salt, and pepper in large bowl.

  3. Step 3
    Stir in three cans of beans.

  4. Step 4
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
