Basil and Apple Scented Dressing

Easy home-made dressing with Musselman’s Apple Butter and Apple Cider Vinegar, tops off your salad or steamed vegetables.

  • 4 Tablespoons MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
  • 6 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 basil sprig (15-20 leaves)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons spicy brown mustard


  1. Step 1
    Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until thick and smooth. (Add 1-2 more Tbsp of vinegar to taste if desired.)

Serve over a salad or steamed vegetables. Baste over meat in the final minutes of grilling.
