This apple cabbage slaw is a fresh take on a picnic favorite. Musselman’s Apple Butter & Apple Cider Vinegar makes a sweet and tangy dressing.
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, apple, and raisins.
Mix the apple butter and the apple cider vinegar in a small bowl. Add to cabbage. Toss to coat.
Salt and pepper to taste and drizzle the olive oil over the top.
