BBQ Glazed Pineapple Ham

Try this simple appetizer that looks fancy, at your next party or picnic. Made with Musselman’s Apple Butter.

  • cup MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
  • cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 pound cooked ham, 3/4 inch slice
  • ½ pineapple, fresh
  • wood toothpicks


  1. Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Step 2
    Pour the apple butter, barbecue sauce and mustard into a medium bowl, and stir to combine.

  3. Step 3
    Cut the ham and pineapple into 3/4- inch cubes, about 36 each.

  4. Step 4
    Place one pineapple chunk on each toothpick, followed by a chunk of ham. 

  5. Step 5
    Stand  the picks up on a baking sheet covered with foil.

  6. Step 6
    Brush each one with the barbecue sauce mixture, covering all sides.

  7. Step 7
    Bake for 10 minutes.
