The Asian flavors and the sweet Musselman’s Apple Butter create a marinade that is cooked to also make a glaze for the grill.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
In a large bowl, combine apple juice, soy sauce, mustard, ginger, and garlic, mixing well.
Add the chicken and toss to coat well. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes to marinate.
Remove chicken to a plate. Place the marinade in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until bubbling and thickened to make a sauce.
Place chicken on an oil greased grill. Cook 30 minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting with sauce.
Serve chicken over salad or on a bed of rice.
