Add some fruit to breakfast with Musselman’s Cinnamon Apple Sauce in the pancake batter and on top instead of syrup.
Combine 1/2 cup apple sauce with the baking mix, eggs, milk, and cinnamon. Beat until smooth with wire whisk.
Pour 1/4 cup batter on lightly greased, heated griddle or electric skillet. When bubbles cover surface and edges are firm, turn and cook other side until browned.
Microwave remaining 1/2 cup of apple sauce for 30 seconds.
Serve warm apple sauce over pancakes instead of syrup.
