  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper

Directions

  1. Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 12 cup standard muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Step 2
In a large bowl combine the meatloaf ingredients by hand until fully blended and meat sticks together; beef, pork, eggs, 1/2 cup of apple butter, 1 Tbsp of Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic powder, parsley, onion powder, 1/4 Tsp paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Step 3

While meatloaves are baking mix together the glaze ingredients until smooth; 1/2 cup apple butter, ketchup, 1 Tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1/2 Tsp paprika.

  5. Step 5
Remove the meatloaves from the oven and brush the tops with the glaze. Bake for 5-10 minutes more until the meat is cooked through.

  6. Step 6
Immediately remove the meatloaves from the pan and serve warm.

Really good! I’m not a big fan of meatloaf, but I made these because I hoped the addition of the apple butter would add some sweet & moist help. Definitely a keeper. Added some shredded carrot & diced celery for some add’l veg.
