Start the family’s day off right with a breakfast sandwich made with Musselman’s Apple Butter.
Butter one side of each slice of swirl cinnamon raisin bread.
Add a few slices of brie to the non-buttered side of bread, then one slice of ham and one Tablespoon of apple butter on top of the ham.
Add a few more slices of brie and top with another slice of bread, butter side up.
Use a panini press ( or a skillet on medium heat) to cook sandwich for 3-4 minutes until bread is toasty and cheese is melted. Slice and serve hot.
