Maple Sausage Egg Scramble Bagel Sandwich

  • 6 ounces maple sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons green onions, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons tomatoes, diced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tablespoons MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
  • 2 Cobblestone® Whole Wheat Bagels


  1. Step 1
    In a small saute pan over medium-high heat, cook sausage for 3-4 minutes or until it is 90% cooked.

  2. Step 2
    Add the eggs, green onions, tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Mix with a spatula to scramble.

  3. Step 3
    Spread one Tablespoon of apple butter to the cut side of each bagel.

  4. Step 4
    Divide sausage scramble over the apple butter on each bagel. Top with the other half of bagel and serve hot.
