Standard recipe nutritional is difficult to provide in a time when grocery store selections are limitless and individual tastes vary. We find that everyone uses their own personal variations when making a recipe. An example is milk: whole milk, skim milk, lactose-free milk, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk etc. We highly recommend this website to calculate recipes using the ingredients that you purchase.
