Turkey, Spinach Grilled Cheese with Apple Butter English Muffin

  • 2 Cobblestone® Original White English Muffins
  • pound white cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 2 pieces sliced smoked turkey
  • 2 Tablespoons MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
  • 8 baby spinach leaves
  • 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter


  1. Step 1
    On the bottom half of an English muffin, add a few slices of cheese and one slice of turkey.

  2. Step 2
    Add one Tablespoon of apple butter on top of turkey, a few spinach leaves and then more cheese. Top with other half of English muffin.

  3. Step 3
    Using large saute pan over medium high heat, add butter. Once butter has melted, add the sandwiches and cook for 3-4 minutes, flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is toasty. Slice and serve hot.
