Vegan Apple Cinnamon Banana Soft Serve

This vegan frozen dessert has the texture of soft serve without the dairy. Made with Musselman’s Apple Butter.

  • 2 bananas, cut into slices and frozen
  • ¼ cup MUSSELMAN’S® Apple Butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. Step 1
    Freeze banana slices for at least 6 hours. Place frozen banana slices into the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the texture resembles soft serve ice cream, about 3 minutes. You may need to scrape the sides of the food processor with a rubber spatula occasionally.

  2. Step 2
    Add in the apple butter, vanilla, and cinnamon, and pulse until just combined. Serve immediately, or freeze for 10-15 minutes to solidify.
